What is Counselling?
Counselling is a type of talking therapy which helps you better understand your thoughts and feelings. You will see the same counsellor each week at a time that suits you. All of our therapy sessions are online and are 50 minutes, which means you can access therapy in the comfort of your own home.

 At Wellbeing Chat we use an integrative model which means we tailor session to suit your goals and overall mental wellbeing. We listen and provide a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and be given tools to help you overcome any challenges. This can be very empowering, helping people to understand themselves better, live more fulfilling lives, improve their relationships with others, and build strength and resilience within themselves.
